Transformational change communications & employee engagement

Company impact

Through the opportunity to improve work, create experiences for clients and team members, work in accordance with our values, direct money to causes we believe in and more, we see business as a form of activism.

Physical and psychological safety is crucial for a happy and productive workplace. Our team and contractors are based in Australia. We believe in supporting the local economy. They are offered WFH, flexible working arrangements and are not expected to work unpaid overtime outside of business hours. We are an equal opportunity employer – we encourage folks from all walks of life to apply for roles they may be interested in.

EVER acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to land, water and community.  We pay our respects to them and their cultures, and to Elders past, present and emerging.  EVER operates on Ngunnawal lands - with business conducted across multiple other lands throughout Australia.  Sovereignty has never been ceded.  It always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

Corporate Social Responsibility

EVER Mentor Program

Starting your career in change management and transformation can be tricky.

We match grads and early career humans interested in change and communication management with seasoned professionals from the same specialisation to help new grads get focus, direction and perhaps even opportunities in the industry.

Insights, advice, tips and your questions answered from someone who has experienced success in the industry can make a huge difference, especially when you’re starting out.

Our Mentor Program is run once a year.  The program time commitment is 2 hours over 4 weeks - but of course a mentor/mentee relationship may last forever if you really hit it off.

We are carbon neutral

EVER has partnered with Trace to become a Carbon Neutral Organisation!  We are officially carbon neutral and leaving a #positivetrace.

Here at EVER, we are passionate about sustainability and doing our part for our planet, including practices like reducing plastics and unnecessary consumables, recycling waste where possible, minimising unnecessary travel and offsetting any carbon we do produce.

This year we have offset 33 tonnes of CO2 by funding certified climate projects like the Coorong Lakes Biodiversity Conservation project in Meningie, South Australia and we are looking forward to supporting more climate positive initiatives in future!

We are proud that we are taking steps to protect the environment, particularly after our Managing Director, Dr Kate Byrne, spent Christmas in Antarctica last year and saw the impacts of climate change first hand.

You can learn more about our impact and the amazing projects we are supporting here: https://www.our-trace.com/brand/ever-change-communication.

We are a Recognised Healthier Workplace

EVER is a Recognised Healthier Workplace through the ACT Government’s Healthier Work Recognition Scheme.

We know that a healthy workforce is a productive workforce, and that's why we have implemented a range of initiatives and programs to support our team’s health and wellbeing.

Being a Recognised Healthier Workplace demonstrates our commitment to fostering a healthy and happy workforce, which ultimately benefits not only our team, but also the organisations we support.

We are continuously striving to create a positive and supportive workplace culture so that our team can do the best work of their careers.
